Dedicated Windows app for Master Admin and supervisors — opens the live Command Centre in a focused window (no browser tabs). Same sign-in and data as the web dashboard. Installs with Start Menu and desktop shortcuts using the Titan emblem icon.

Windows installation

  1. Download and run Titan Protection Setup.
  2. If Windows SmartScreen warns about an unknown publisher, choose More info → Run anyway.
  3. Follow the installer wizard — read and accept the End User License Agreement.
  4. Finish install, then open Titan Protection from the desktop or Start Menu.
  5. To remove later: Settings → Apps → Titan Protection Command Centre → Uninstall.

Notes: Windows installer with EULA, Titan emblem icon, and desktop shortcuts. Uninstall v1.0.1 before upgrading if the app will not open.

Install & in-app updates

  1. Download the APK and open it on your Android device.
  2. Allow installation from this source when prompted.
  3. After install, the sign-in screen shows your version and an Update app button when a newer build is published.
  4. Tap update to download and replace the installed app — no manual reinstall needed.

Understanding the system components

  1. Master Admin Web & Desktop

    Central command hub for administrators — browser or Windows desktop app. Register supervisors, guards, premises, and territories. Command Centre receives live SOS, GPS clock-ins, patrol taps, and incidents.

  2. Titan Monitor (Guard mobile)

    Field client for guards — PIN login, on-duty GPS tracking, SOS panic, visitor logs, and NFC patrol checkpoints. Works against the same live server as the web dashboard.

  3. Titan Supervisor (Supervisor mobile & web)

    Territory-scoped operations for area supervisors — same 6-digit PIN on mobile and web. Manage guards and premises only within assigned territories.

  4. Seamless sync bridge

    All clients read and write through the Titan API — mobile clock-ins, alerts, and patrol events appear in Command Centre within seconds. OTA updates keep field apps current without IT reinstalls.
